Meet Chuck Lyons

I’m Chuck Lyons, I was born and raised in Greater Boston and have been appraising residential properties throughout the region for over 20 years.  Few real estate market are as diverse as Boston’s – and I know the market inside and out.

Over the years, I have completed thousands of residential appraisals from modest single family homes and condominiums to high-end luxury properties and historic homes.  No matter what the assignment, I deliver a detailed, impartial valuation that meets the purpose of the appraisal and exceeds client expectations.

As a Certified Residential Appraiser (License #MACR 75129), I appraise all types of residential properties for a wide variety of needs, including
