Chuck specializes in appraising residential properties throughout one of the most diverse and dynamic markets in the country.

As a Certified Residential Appraiser, Chuck has completed appraisals ranging from single-family homes and condominiums to historic properties and high-end luxury homes.  Each report is impartial, detailed, and tailored to meet the needs of the assignment - whether for lending, legal, estate, or personal use.

Chuck believes that smart real estate decisions start with reliable, fact based information. His Appraisals are backed by deep local market knowledge, accuracy, and objectivity—so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.
